President Cathy will be waking in the Nevada Day Parade in Carson City with our Interact and RYE kids. We will be cooking tri-tip sandwiches and serving beer and soda at our trailer across from the Ormsby House from 10:00 AM 'til we run out. Rich Garvey will be taking the remaining beer over behind Doppelgangers where he will be serving free beer and begging donations to Rotary in a giant carrot suit!Thursday, October 21st 2010.
Our visit from District Governor Steve Lewis was a smashing success, highlighted by his awarding our own Debbie Young of Aflac Insurnace in Carson City the Quiet Rotarian award and Ellen Fallon her first Paul Harris Fellow! Special thanks to Steve for his heartfelt speech and great job as District 5190 Governor.
